🇪🇸 SPAIN
Delivery times depend on your geographic location. Please keep in mind that our products are made from scratch, so it may take several days before your order is shipped. If it takes more than 5 working days to process your order, you will receive an email to keep you informed.
Estimated delivery times from the day the order is shipped:

Mainland Spain: 2–4 working days

You will receive an email with tracking information to follow your package at any time. The courier will attempt delivery twice. If both attempts fail, you’ll receive a notification stating that the package will be held at the nearest pick-up point for a maximum of 10 days. If it is not collected within this time frame, the package will be returned to Huemul Studio. Please note: no refunds will be issued in these cases.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays (local or national) will be processed the next working day (usually the following Monday, unless it is also a public holiday).
Delivery times may vary during special dates such as Black Friday, Christmas, or other holiday periods, as all our products are handmade to order and we do not carry stock.
Important: Courier services usually deliver during standard business hours, so we recommend choosing a delivery address where someone will be available (e.g., a workplace, neighbour, or family member).
🇪🇺 EUROPE
Delivery times within the European Union are approximately 4 to 10 working days using carriers such as MRW or SEUR. We will send you an email with all shipping details so you can track your order.
Deliveries to countries outside the EU may take 15 to 20 working days, excluding customs clearance.
As non-EU countries are not subject to Spanish VAT, this will be automatically deducted during checkout.
Please note that Huemul Studio is not responsible for customs duties or fees. For the most accurate and up-to-date information, please check with your local customs authority.
📦 RETURNS POLICY
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order from our official website or showroom — although, since each item is handmade and unique, this rarely happens. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at huemul@huemulleather.com, stating the reason for the return, your order number, name, and purchase date.
Once your request is received, we will provide instructions on how to proceed. The item must be returned unused, in its original condition and packaging (including the cotton bag), to the address provided. Once received and inspected, we will issue your refund. This process may take 7 to 10 days.
We will only accept returns of unused and undamaged products. Return shipping costs (both domestic and international) are the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend using registered shipping for returns.
Returns for items purchased through partner stores must be handled directly with the store where the purchase was made. Huemul Studio is not responsible for returns of products not bought through our official website or showroom.
Customized or modified products cannot be returned.
If the item has been worn or used, the return will not be accepted.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours by sending an email to huemul@huemulleather.com.
💳 REFUNDS
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase, within 14 calendar days from the date of the return or cancellation request.

All personal information is transmitted using SSL encryption.
For debit and credit card purchases, you will be asked to enter your CVV (Card Verification Value) — a security code printed on the card — to ensure safe electronic transactions.
