Shipping times depend on the geographic area you are in. Please note that our products are produced from scratch and that a number of days may pass before they are shipped. If it is going to take more than 5 days to send your package, an email will be sent to the customer so that they are informed. ​ Approximate times since the order is sent:

Peninsula: 2 – 4 days (business days) Balearic Islands: 2 – 3 days (business days) Ceuta, Melilla and Canary Islands*: 7 – 10 days (business days). All shipments to Spain are made with MRW (if another company is used, the customer will be notified by email). The customer will receive an email with instructions to know where their order is at all times. The transport agency will make 2 delivery attempts, and if it cannot be delivered, a notification will be left indicating to the client that the package will remain for a maximum period of 10 days in the closest facilities. After those 10 days, the order will be returned to the Huemul Leather facilities. In no case will the amount of the order be refunded.

Orders received on the weekend and/or holidays (local, national) will not be processed until the next business day (normally the following Monday, except holidays). ​ Delivery times may vary on special occasions such as Black Friday, Christmas or other festivities since all our products are made from scratch, are unique, and we do not have stock. ​ Important: The courier company usually delivers packages during business hours, so deliveries are more convenient at work, neighbors or family places.

EUROPE The delivery time for a shipment within the European Union is 4 to 10 working days using MRW, SEUR... We will send and email to the customer with all the shipping details to follow the package. The delivery time for a shipment outside the European Union is 15 to 20 working days, excluding customs processing. As the countries outside the European Union are not subject to Spanish VAT, this will be deducted from the purchase price during the checkout process. Please note that we are not taking charge of the customs tariffs and other fees. You can refer to your country's local customs authority website for the latest update on rates. ​ ​ ​ ​



Returns are accepted within 15 days of receiving products purchased on this website, although as each product is unique and handmade one by one, it is difficult for this to happen. To return a product, the buyer must notify our customer service team by email to indicating the cause of the return, the order number, your name and date of purchase. ​ Once the return is requested, our team will tell you how to proceed. The customer must return the product to the address indicated as they received the order (including the cotton bag). Afterwards, it will be checked that the product is in perfect condition and the refund will be made. This procedure can take between 7 and 10 days. ​ We will only accept items that have not been worn or damaged. The buyer must be responsible for the return costs for both national and international orders. Our recommendation for customer returns is to do so via certified mail.

Personalized products or products that have any modification to the original design cannot be returned. ​ In the case of manipulation or use of the product, the return will not be accepted. ​ CANCELLATION OF ORDERS You can cancel your order within 24 hours by sending an email to ​ ​ REFUND AND RETURNS You will receive the amount through the same payment method used in your purchase within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date of the return or withdrawal request. ​ ​ SAFETY AND PROTECTION OF CUSTOMERS Personal information is transmitted in an SSL encrypted format. For purchases made with debit and credit cards, it is required to enter the CVV (Card Verification Value), a code printed on the card that is used as a security method in electronic commercial transactions.
